SilverBack Audio Module
The Sontia SilverBack ‘system-on-module’ device is a complete audio solution in a small package, designed by the audio experts at Sontia, providing the major digital components of a modern audio product - with the benefit of ground-breaking Sontia sound on board. SilverBack provides audio, DSP and microcontroller components together with the Sontia SPT family of advanced sound correction and improvement algorithms. It is an extremely powerful module, including pro-level 24bit, 192kHz A-to-D and D-to-A converters, a high-performance 32bit DSP, a 32bit RISC microcontroller, 64bit double-precision internal resolution and differential multi-channel audio in/out.
Sound Bar Reference Designs
Sontia has created a superb-sounding sound bar reference design that incorporates Sontia SPT. The design can form the basis of a unique and highly differentiated product with plenty of custom options and configuration potential. In addition to full electronics design support, Sontia has also worked with a leading industrial designer to produce sound bar enclosure design concepts. These are available if required to further accelerate time to market.
Active Speaker Reference Design
Taking the best of its game-changing SPT offerings, Sontia has developed an electronics reference design for Active Stereo (‘2.0’) Speakers - and most listeners agree that it sounds vastly superior to anything they’ve heard before. The design will work beautifully with a product’s existing speaker drivers. Alternatively, Sontia is happy to assist with sourcing suitable high-quality drivers through its manufacturing partners.
iPod Dock Reference Design
Typically, getting spacious, deep sound from small, table-top iPod docks, has been near impossible. Yet, Sontia’s SPT solutions change all of that. Sontia’s iPod Dock Reference Design completely redefines expectations with its dazzling sonic performance based on SPT cleverness. The package offers full electronics design support for tailoring to individual product requirements.
